How to Apply

All applicants for residential care at Benhome need to complete a written application. There is a standard application form available from The Department of Health and Ageing's website at the following link:

www.health.gov.au/acc

Once this form has been completed all that is then necessary is to contact Benhome and ask for an appointment time to make the application for a place at Benhome. This interview will take no more than an hour and will include a tour of the facility, a meeting with the Facility Manager and a meeting with Benhome's CEO.
